Keston Care | In-home health care and respite provider

Caregiver Questions

Q: How are Keston Care's caregivers compensated?

A: We are proud of the fact that 85% of our revenues are returned to our employees as salaries and benefits.  This leads to the job satisfaction and low employee turnover that allow us to provide long-term relationships between client and caregiver.

Q: How are Keston Care's caregivers trained?

A: Our CNAs complete a college course of training and are registered with the State of North Carolina, and Level 3 CNAs are trained in the specialized services they perform.  Many of our Hab Techs have college training in fields like social work, special education, and psychology.  All of our employees are provided with regular continuing education in a wide variety of topics to enable them to provide the best possible care for our clients.

Q: What if my regularly scheduled caregiver is out sick or takes vacation?

A: Our commitment to reliable, consistent care is obvious in our unique "on call" staffing policy.  Keston Care maintains a pool of caregivers whose sole responsibility is to be available to fill in should a regular provider require time off.  The substitute is knowledgeable of the client's complete care plan and any specialized needs.
